S.V.S Meet and Greet Reviews

Done this 4 or 5 times now and as per usual efficient, time saving and staff polite and on time etc. This time the same, BUT car had done nearly 30 miles whilst we were away (we only live about 15 miles away ourself (?) AND we found a HEAT weekly magazine in it? Been shopping / dropping off in it? Mm? Slightly un-nerving / disappointing that to be honest.

A great service! Even when we arrived early, the car was delivered within 30 minutes. Drivers always courteous and polite.

A bit of a wait 10mins in the cold on the return, otherwise perfect service.

The transactions were very smooth and I'd definitely use this service again.

The SVS service was really good. Met on arrival and efficient transfer of the car. On return rang on landing and told to ring again when had our baggage. Went to meeting point and car was waiting. No problem and no damage, and car looked as if it had been kept under cover for the week. There was about 40 extra miles on the clock so you will need to factor this in to your costings.

Very good service all round.

Staff very courteous, only trouble was they delivered us rhe wrong vehicle on our return so a bit of a delay while they fetched the right one. But have used before without a problem before and will certainly use them again.

Parked with S.V.S 3 times now and are pleased to say they have never let me down, always there to meet me and quick to deliver car back to airport, if there is any complaint it would be that the car is parked a long way from airport as there always seem to be about 23 miles clocked up on the car, but they are cheaper than others so you take your chance.

The actual service was perfect,unfortunately the communication was a little erratic. Our email told us one thing re the phoning, chap at the office (really was early though, around 4am, poor thing) told us different. And when we collected the car,we had no time to inspect the vehicle, the driver just disappeared immediately after giving us the key, don't think he understood English very well, and that I wanted to inspect the car before he went. Had there been damage(there was none)we may have had an issue with you. Other than that a well executed service. Thank you. I shall use you again, well done.
